The client has bilingual techs, but they are all junior and must be trained. We managed the team, train them, set KPIs, report the activities and do all other things that is required for the team management for 18 months. We can provide team members as well.

On-site Cabling Tech Services and data-cabling design
European Securities company requires on-site cabling tech services. We supported cable-patching at the headquarter, branch offices and datacenters in various places in Japan. In network failure we were troubleshooting to isolate the problem and resolving the issues with our knowledges and experiences across from datacenter, office and networking. We provided the solution to cater for expanding IT infrastructure demands in future from BAU perspective.
IMACD support and device refresh
Client: Major Japanese bank
IMACD as one of account system refresh
Due to the replacement of EOL hardware, we supported the device replacement and other related IMACD at each of the company’s branches in Japan. Vendor management, procedure manual creation, check-list preparation, troubleshooting to isolate the problem for unknown failure, etc. Most branches are located in old buildings, so there’s many constraints on the construction cable relocations, rack relocations and other facility work. We completed this project without any trouble because of the knowledge of cabling, facility and networks.

Router installation and set-up for Market data services
This project required the router configuration based on the client’s request. We had on-site facility team resources for this client, so we supported the hardware installation, cable-patching and morning support for end-users as well. We also did some post-implementation changes.
